TN Chamber of Commerce Virtual Safety Training: How to Transform Your Safety Culture

FDRsafety is excited to partner with the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the second session of our three part Virtual Safety Training series on February 11th 2021. Led by our Vice President, Steve Hawkins, the presentation will focus on “How To Transform Your Safety Culture”.
In a world where safety is addressed in a “how to” be safe manner, it’s time to address the  “why”. This course leads employees on a journey of self-reflection and realizations on why safety matters, resulting in a better appreciation and practice of workplace safety.

Prior to joining FDR Safety, Steve Hawkins began his career with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development in 1986 as an Occupational Safety Specialist in TN OSHA.  He was promoted to area office Safety Supervisor, Safety Compliance Manager, Assistant Administrator, Assistant Commissioner, and most recently, Deputy Commissioner of the department.
