“Jim Stanley has served as a consulting and testifying expert for me in several litigation matters involving construction accidents. His breadth of knowledge and expertise in workplace safety is invaluable to my practice and my clients.
He has a great understanding and appreciation of the issues from my client’s perspective in training and implementing safe work practices. He is able to instruct a jury on complicated applications of government regulation to construction practices and activities in a way that they (and I) easily understand. I highly recommend his services.”
